3 Reasons You May Need a Business Coach

If you’re active on social media, you’ve probably seen or heard of a business coach. They show up through sponsored posts and accounts you don’t even follow, and they all have a similar pitch: “My masterclass is exactly what you need to reach your business goals and start making 6-figures.”

Spoiler alert: that’s not true.

Every business owner is different. Every business is unique. There is no white-glove recipe that will take you from $0-$100K.

A real business coach is supposed to help you unlock your own potential (that is already inside of you) by using their experience, training, and expertise.

If you're unsure if you need a business coach? Here are a few reasons why you might…

1. You're ready to grow, but not sure where to start.

Whether you’re ready to grow personally or grow your business, a coach can help you get to the root of what’s holding you back and assist with strategies and tactics to meet those goals.

2. You need to talk through your business ideas.

If you’re anything like me, I get excited and flustered when I have new business ideas. It’s great to have someone who is professional and passionate about helping people to talk through my ideas with. That is exactly what a business coach can do for you. This process can help you gain clarity and create proper next steps to bring those ideas to fruition.

3. You need to be held accountable.

One of the best parts about having a business coach is that they are your true accountability partners. They will provide tools, and resources, be your biggest cheerleader, and make sure you’re staying on track with your goals. Think of your business coach as a partner or investor in your business.

While these are all reasons you might be ready for a business coach, I’ve also laid out some reasons you may not be ready.

  1. You’re not ready to grow (yet).

  2. You’re not open to following the leadership of a coach right now.

  3. You’re not comfortable opening up or sharing information with your coach.

  4. You don’t want a coach or you don’t believe you need at this time.

I’ve committed to 180 hours of training to become a Business Coach. Once complete I will earn an accreditation through the International Coaching Federation to be certified! Not only does this prove my willingness to invest in myself, but it is also proof that I only provide my clients with the best of the best when it comes to resources and support.

My coaching program will officially launch in Fall 2024 but I am currently looking to take on a few pre-launch clients to help me shape this program at a discounted rate.
